Our privately owned Brand is available on a partnership or licensing basis whereby other General Practitioners who want to establish their own clinic with exceptional aesthetics, design, facilities, equipment and operational practicality, but do not have the time, the contacts, the experience or  inclination to create everything from scratch. 

 

We offer a partnership which does not operate like the corporate banner clinics. We are paid reasonable licensing fees and applicable service fees to handle the marketing or other aspects that may be requested with a 10-15% shareholding, and the partnering GP/GPs are the true owners and decision makers other than our licensed attributes such as design etc.

Further, we can introduce our associated service provider of 'back office' services which will supply your administrative staff and practice management and bookkeeping & accounting for a service fee, which leaves you to just do the job. This is a separate enterprise from our company but one that we can negotiate and arrange for you if needed.
