Fees & Medicare Rebates

Appointment fees are based on the length and complexity of patient consultations. Consultations, treatments and certain procedures may attract 'out-of-pocket' costs. If you are a Medicare card holder, you will have access to Medicare rebates for eligible services with our General Practitioners.
Our Fee Schedule reflects the most common item numbers for most patient visits.

Our appointments are generally categorised as;

-
Standard Appointment
-
Detailed Appointment
-
Long Appointment

Our Clinic is a 'Mixed Billing' Clinic

PLEASE NOTE - CANCELLATION & NON ATTENDANCE FEES
It is often necessary to re-schedule appointments that we make due to commitments or unexpected events or occurrences in all peoples schedules. This isn't a problem, however, please note that Doctors assign the allotted
time to a patient and their professional time and opportunity to see other patients who need to see the doctor is
taken for this appointment time. If you cancel with short notice the Doctor does not have enough time for another patient to elect to take the appointment and this time is wasted. The opportunity for another patient to have a consultation is also lost.
Cancellation within 2 hours of appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so within 2 hours of your scheduled time. If this notice time is not given then a cancellation fee of $50 will apply strictly.

If the appointment is missed

The full consultation fee may apply. This is not claimable by Medicare.
Payments are required up-front for all Work Cover and CTP Consultations for patients without an approved claim. A receipt will be provided so you are able to be reimbursed from your insurer. Once your claim is approved, please provide the details to our reception team.
