Our Clinic is also equipped with digital translation devices that can be used in real time to audibly translate in almost every language.

Interpreters & Translators are engaged for patients who require such through TIS Translator & Interpreter Services provided for clinics by the Australian Department of Home Affairs and can be organised by our clinic and please contact our reception team if you would like for us to do so. These services can be delivered via teleconference, video conference or in person at our clinic.

In our pursuit of superior and thorough medical services we have these resources in instances where patients may be compromised or not comfortable expressing themselves with our team and therefore may assist in such cases.

If you consider yourself to possibly benefit from assistance from a multi-lingual member of staff or our translation equipment please try to provide the clinic with some notice of this requirement a few days in advance of your appointment as each member of our team who may speak a particular language may not work or be present at the clinic everyday and also to ensure our translation equipment is available at the time of your attendance at the clinic.
