At our clinic we are continually striving to deliver our services as
comfortably and conveniently as possible. We listen to you and you will notice the owners have thoughtfully invested and organised the following for our patients

We have undertaken construction to increase our waiting area with an alternate design of seating which is a little lower, wider based and angled backrest for those who prefer this arrangement

We have enlarged our receptionist space to accommodate extra staff when needed and more private patient interactions

We have installed additional digital screens for nature imagery coupled with de-stress instrumental music which studies show create a calmer and less stressful experience and also to convey information to patients

We have designated 6 reserved car spaces at our door for patients with appointments with the ability to remove offending vehicles so you find parking easier at busy times

We have installed a quality filtered and chilled water facility for patients to access when needed

We have had outdoor bench seating manufactured and installed outside the clinic for those times when patients want fresh air, want to speak more openly or isolate if suffering a contagious condition
This adds to the seating capacity of the clinic and reception will let you know or your doctor when you are seated here.
A big thank you to our Principals/Owners as these inclusions are all very costly upgrades that are paid for from their personal funds and whilst they could leave things as were prepared, they are committed
to making the staff and patients environment as exceptional as possible.
